What You'll Do:
As an Estate Planning Legal Assistant at BrownWinick Law Firm, you'll be an essential part of our success story.
You will perform a variety of duties including drafting and preparing powers of attorneys, drafting correspondence, indexing estate plan documents, maintaining your attorney’s calendars, and scheduling appointments. A key to success in this role will be the ability to learn attorneys’ practice preferences, have a strong attention to detail, and be proactive and conscientious. You will maintain positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff, work closely with paralegal(s) and other legal assistants(s), and observe confidentiality of client matters.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing assignments, and consistently meeting deadlines.
Proficient in fostering productive collaborations and leveraging critical thinking skills to support the team and practice area.
Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
Skill in devising efficient strategies to tackle challenges, particularly when faced with time constraints.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
